hi,

i use Adium in my mac, which uses the address book to translate IM-user-names to real names. so I basically have all my IM contacts with a corresponding entry in my address book.
when i sync my N900 and my Mac these entries are not synced. which is a bit annoying.

even worst is the fact that some of my IM contacts are only shown as numbers (e.g. ICQ contacts) on my N900 if i click on "new message via IM".
So i don't even have the chance to guess who this number could be, because the numbers are not in my N900 address book.

and now i'm wondering if there is any solution for this problem.
is there a way to add these entries to the address book in the N900? is there a way to let the message app on the N900 use these N900 address book entries?
