Hi If i have the ideal kernel at the moment.. very easy on battery..

What will happen if I install maemo22? is it a new kernel that will override this one?

also, what exactly does this code do? if it overclocks the dsp, to what value??
what should I put in to get the dsp to 500??

yes and that is what i believe is normal, at a first touch @800mhz, the temp is ok, but after a few mins (try to fully drain battery before charge) i ran 5 apps (media player, bounce, firefox, open office and web browser with 3 windows open) when i take out the battery for a charge, its hot, more than it was before, i thought it was the device.

i read from some post that this is likely to occur coz the battery is giving out too much power quickly, but when i put it on idle (apps are still running, but i dont touch the device), the temp goes down,

so far i havent encounter the device heating up by itself,

i lost wifi , i ran 850/900 and both no wifi.. psx runs the same also..no faster or smoother!! lame-o for me

update: been playing with 900 all day, i admit its a bit faster, but nothing to amazing.. vgba runs the same and i play that a lot.. nothing to really drool over.

Been using Lehto's 250-800(1000) ulv kernel at 1000mhz for past few days. Zero issues so far.
(except that it reverts back to 800mhz after a phone call. Hence I got a "button" to reset it.)

I can see it just fine from my N900 using MicroB.
Also, it shows up fine on my PC also.
