I figure if you are going to make a stupid newby mistake then this is the best place to get help.

After a week of loving my n800 I started to 'personalize' it by rearranging my applications and folders. Since I emptied the 'Extras' folder I deleted it. (bad idea) Today I tried to recreate it, but I'm being told it already exists...

Anybody know how to make it 'reappear' in the Applicatios Menu?

I know it's bad taste to reply to your own post, but I just found the answer.

I installed 'minimo' and it defaulted to 'Extras', which then magically appeared on my Applications Menu. 'Extras' disappeared again when I moved minimo to another folder. WHEW!!
