Hi,

is it possible to change the time in which calls can be answered before they get forwarded to the mailbox?

I have only two options "no forwarding at all" and "20 seconds till forwarding"... but I would prefer something around 30 seconds or maybe even longer.

try the call forwarding applet from extras repo.

i think it gives from 5 to 30 second delay. anything more, ypu should file an enhancement request against that product.

I believe there is:

1. open Call forwarding applet from the 'Settings' area
2. Click on 'No answer'
3. Click 'Enabled'
4. Click on 'Seconds before forwarding'
5. Chose from 5-30 seconds delay
6. Click 'Save'

hey cool... you are right it works.

if you select the usual applet from the settings it still shows you that the call will be redirected after 20 seconds.
i didn't bothered to check if that is still the timeframe to answer the call... but no you now have more then 20 seconds (if you selected more then that).

I'd like to have USSD-widget type of widgets, which would change call forwaring on non-answered calls to this number (answering service) in 30 seconds (the other) or after 5 seconds (the second widget), so between these two conditions could be switched quickly.
I used to have working shortcuts in '3' and '5' in Nokia N95.

They claim in the USSD-thread call forwarding is not USSD, so that widget cannot be used.

It does not work for me as the instructions above. I got an error message "not allowed" while trying to save the change. I rebooted and tried it again, and got the same error message.

I'll unintall and reinstall it to see what is gonna happen. In the meantime, do you have any clue what went wrong?
Thanks.
