The problem: To be able to geotag my location, adding a pin and some text to mark a particular point of interest at that location and then be able to navigate back to it in future. Ovi maps is not available in-browser which was my first choice (where you can add a POI) and I cannot seem to do this in Ovi Maps for N900.
Of course the ideal for me would be to have desktop widget which I could press and it would mark my GPS location on a map with space for a comment.
Could I please ask people their approach to this problem, what software they use and how. If it is something which could be developed (I am afraid I have no programming knowledge) should I put this into a brainstorm?
Mmmm well well, it does actually - but the drawbacks are that I would like to add more than one landmark and add comments which by it's very nature Easy Park isn't geared to do.
However, that said, I will see if the developer could add these bits in and make it a wider use app since you are right, fundamentally it does basically what I need it to do.
