.9 workin nicely here as well.

One idea/suggestion though: I've noticed that when I send normal SMS's I don't open the contact list but rather type in the name (or part of it) to the"to" field and when I hit send it automatically finds the contact based on what I've written. I just noticed that in fmms I can't do it like this... but it would be nice

Thank you for all your effort which has enabled us to send our ad hoc images on the move with ease.

I'm not sure if this is under consideration, but is it possible to add support for music and video files in the future?

Also, from a user point of view, it would be nice if it were possible to skip the push message notification and instead have one in the style of sms notifications.

In fact, I have another idea. If it was not possible to integrate fmms into conversations in the future, how about a fully integrated media manager where we can browse all files and choose send via email, mms, bluetooth, etc combining a couple of apps into one? the email one would then fire up a blank email with the attachment and others would work in a similarly predictable way.

I can now send MMS to people on my contacts using T-Mobile USA. I had no problem receiving with fMMS, but this version lets me send out with no problems to people on T-Mobile USA.

But a small configuration problem still exists:

I can configure and save after the initial boot of fMMS and also can get into Advanced.

However after saving my initial configuration, I can no longer view it by pressing Configuration. That also means I can't change my configuration after setting it up once.
I've just installed Fmms (0.9.3) for the very first time tonight, and I too have the above issue. Made all the more annoying as I'm pretty sure I've used the wrong details to set up on Vodafone I get the notification, but am unable to download, and since I can't configure it ...

Have to say though, that the integration with the existing phone sms is very good, almost seamless. Can't wait to get this going properly.

Could the ones who can't open the configuration dialog please email me the log as well as try to run the application from the terminal and try to open the configuration to see what the error is in case it doesn't show up in the log.

Instructions for getting the log is on the previous 1-2 pages, email it to fmms _AT_ frals.se

To start fmms from the terminal enter:
    /opt/fmms/fmms_gui.py

and then email me any output you get when trying to open the configuration dialogs!

    Thanks in advance!

    It works!

Settings on the site were wrong (thanks dpaducel). Proxy was on 8080, not 9201 as listed. Good bye ECONNREFUSED hello MMS.

Edit: Used settings that are in Internet Settings... Still nothing, but at least now it "accepted" the APN name or "T-Mobile Internet".

    I'm sure it's something I'm missing...
