on nitdroid 0.50, wlan appeared not ot work, and I couldn't scan for networks at all, but after repeated attempts, (disable, enable wlan 10-20 times:-P) the network did appear, and I was able to connect.
After this initial connection, I was able to connect to the wlan on every reboot, without any problems.
On to a diffrent subject, do you think the problem with google apps may have anything to do with the time? I have heard that people have been unable to connect to their google account (nee nokia hardware) on android, if the time on their device was substantially diffrent from the google servers.
I would love to help test NITDroid, if it didn't require flashing of the device. Is there any chance that it will be supported to work with the Console Tools bootloader?
only part which needs flashing is kernel rest runs from sd card
But having to run the flasher tool every time I want to switch between the operating systems is hardly practical. Forgive my ignorance when it comes to linux kernels, but don't bootloaders (I'm thinking GRUB here) allow you to switch between kernels?
dj_steve, how can i help? i have experience in embedded system development, with actual microprocessor hardware and related system design and programming experience.
