so after i updated to the latest firmware
i am now unable to install old apps like uKeyboard
eveytime i try to install it it give me this messege:
"Uable to download 'ukeyboard'
Application package not found."
i think there is something wrong with the catalogs
because when i try to update the catalog is shows me that something like this :
Failed catalogs
and the failed catalog is
maemo.org
I also cant install new catalogs like devel-extras
when i install them it will also show me catalog failed
i really need to install ukeyboard
i am flying soon
to a country that got no internet
and my phone to have an arabic keyboard
???????
please help guys
A lot of the Maemo infrastructure is down right now due to a server migration and isn't expected to be back up until Monday at the earliest. A multi-day outage on a major web facing service is quite embarrassing (and rightfully so in this era when load balancing, failover, server virtualization, etc. have become well developed arts). Doubly so, when Nokia is attempting to position itself as a player in the app / cloud services market.

In Text Input, have you set the "Hardware Keyboard layout" ?
