I hope the n900 gets both flash 10.1 and HTML5 so I can have all of those fun flash games(that work perfectly on my n900) and the speed and awesomeness of HTML5.
I don't see what the argument is. HTML5 is new and flash does a semi decent job of delivering relatively the same content that I can access using either my desktop or my mobile.

HTML 5 has the same quirks, but for (mainly- some similar) different technical reasons
BTW, Mr. Jobs seems like a tool to me.

Flash needs to die, or evolve into something that runs much better and does not bring many systems to a crawl.
Also, I am not an apple fanboy, but Steve Jobs is one of few truly amazing and charismatic people. Look at what he created - like it or not. Apple is his vision and his life. I do not like his products, but to be able to continually pull off marketing and sometimes technological marvels so consistently requires true genius.
