Yes I saw that one as well but that one is way too difficult to make IMHO.
I dont see how, for the Augmented part all they did was replace the sky texture with the camera stream. It doesn't look ( to me ) like the helicopters are changed any based off the camera.
This should be possible.
The Game from OP's video is just a remake of the old and award winning "mozzies", that was shipped with the Siemens SX1 and was one of the first augmented reality games on mobile phones.
I remember playing it in 2005 on my old SX1 (RIP ;_; ), it was hellofafun and quite an attention grabber, seeing that it was quite a milestone compared to other mobilephones and -games of that age.
