    Easy Deb on N900 cant install apps....

    i have the os up and running but no matter what i do i cannot get the snaptic package manager torun at all... i click it it just wont load.. any help guys would love it. also trying to update the system where is that done? cannot see it anywhere

    The synaptic package manager is part of the debian image you must have downloaded, did you??? The starters in your maemo application menu are no indication that you have the image on your phone, they are part of the easy-debian-application, which you have installed via package manager.

    Run it from your N900's Maemo menu, not from the LXDE menu.
