If you know of a bluetooth or WiFi module that can attach to the sensors in question and send them to the N900 (or hell, any bluetooth capable device) then sure, it could do it.

I know someone posted a link a while ago to a bluetooth OBDII adaptor that had an Android app available for it.

But if n900 has accelerometer it could work alone without any addons.
G-tech device has accelerometer and software makes everything.

Im not progammer but i hope it could be done with our owsome Nokia

The equivalent Maemo application is Carman. See this thread for Maemo5 progress.

RaceChrono will be available for N900 (http://www.racechrono.com/news/?p=299) but not very soon.

Just BTW, I have one of those car accelerometers and they aren't terribly useful for anything besides skidpad testing...and even then the results may vary depending on how much body roll your car allows (although 2-axis or 3-axis accelerometers can compensate for this).
