so if i want the mass memory also flashed then i have to type the command
flasher-3.5 -F RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R
and i need to have the proper .bin file in my folder, correct ??

WOW MAPS LOCKS IN JUST OVER 3 SECONDS never known before !!!! INDOORS !!!
The N900 is now much much improved and a LOT more responsive, the whole OS has brightened up but for me MAPS WORKS and even indoors i got a lock !!.
This is one hell of an update.
