It looks like the Adria theme, and it came pre-installed on my device (N800).

Yes, it's the default theme in OS 2007 (and also OS 2007HE for the 770)

Don't think so and I've not seen it available for OS 2006. Wait a few more weeks and give OS 2007 HE a try when the new version is released!

I was thinking after reading this post like darn that is a sweet theme. Then I looked at maemo and saw it. I got a from that

After further research, there are ways to use the Adria theme on the 2006OS, but the template is not a perfect fit and there are white borders - so it does not look so nice. I've tried nuvo black theme instead which is similar.
