just to add my knowledge xD

you can only replace or delete or corrupt imei, simlock, superdongledata when u are using fbus interface.... (pins under the battery)

Yes. But try re-installing CMT firmware after downgrade back to PR1.1.1 -

apt-get install --reinstall cmt-firmware-rx51=8.2.2009.47-1.97+0m5

(while connecting to Internet via WiFi).

exactly what i am attempting right now. just powered up my device, waiting for it to get a little charged up so that i may attempt this step.

now this is reassuring. so you mean to say that no software can screw up the IMEI info, right?

i am getting a message that i don't have enough space on my /var/cache/apt/archives how do i free up space here?

attempted to run the commands that you had suggested. it failed with my root getting filled with just 3.4 MB space free. failed for lack of space. any other way i may execute this?
