Hello again. I contacted tech support at vodafone today and they reckon there's no issue with their network or my setup. Odd... I'll keep fiddling, see what i can come up with.

Hi,

I have been testing fmms for a short while, nice work! Today fmms wasn't able to recieve a mms instead I got a push sms. It was running in "rude" mode with no other connection active. As soon as I put up a connection (doesn't matter if it is GPRS or WIFI) fmms can fetch the mms. I don't know if this is intentional since it doesn't have any connection to "force" down?

Nice work so far!

I wasn't able to PM you, log attached instead.

In this time I tested with different phones. Looks great, thanks !!!
But I still have the old issue with hebrew text and mms without text....

Only one phone received my message with hebrew text - this is nokia 6230i.

Other phones - Iphone, Nokia N85, Nokia 5800, HTC diamond, SE K610, SE (don't remember model) - they do not received my message

Hmm... Having owned a 6230i for about 5 years I can tell you it was one of the least strict phones Nokia ever made. It was coded to allow just about anything, and handled things way outside of the standards. The J2ME client was the same way, had all the APIs one could imagine in place, and ran things most could not, including some non-J2ME apps. (Though it did have pretty tight security, sandbox wise.)

So, it may not be the best test case, since really, those phones took almost anything and tried to make it work. Sigh... kinda miss the little bugger now, but not enough to give up the extra 680x360 pixels!

--- i'd like to insert any attachment i mean .*
--- i'd like to edit the mms subject
--- i'd like to see it merged with the conversations window
--- i'd like to have the option to insert more pages on the MMS
--- i'd like to have the options to edit the time of single pages in the MMS

no more just its yes fantastic but these features can make it SUPER!!! U made a very good work!

Hmm... Something very very strange...
Today I got a call from my friend with IPhone and he told me that he received my mms from yesterday and he can see the image and the hebrew text, Yeeeeeeeeeee !!!!
But why he received this today I don't know Maybe because of different networks ? But it's a start
