Does anyone know how to change the 'From' address in Nokia Messaging? I forward my real email addy to gmail, and want that address to show up in emails I write, not the gmail one.

Same here. Had a glitch and have to reflash. Loss Nokia Messaging provider on Tmobile USA.

How can we get it back? I want to add my Yahoo mail to the push email.

Also. Is Tmobile USA block this? or what?

Confirming this. Nokia messaging sends back the operator code of the SIM and makes choices based on that. Nokia messaging did not show up with my Serbian Telenor or MTS SIMs (or when I booted without a SIM), but when I slipped in a Hungarian Telenor (pannon) SIM, it suddenly appeared. The regional/country settings made no difference. Once configured, however, it remained active regardless of which SIM I inserted (I was using Internet via WiFi all the time).

Also noteworthy is that I got a message that stated the message is a *TRIAL* service and there will be charges/requirements (a minimum rate/package size in my case) so I will not be using it after the trial ends.

Nokia have been saying that since Nokia Messaging became available as a Beta well over 2 years ago - ie. it is free while in Beta, but would/could become chargeable at the end of the Beta.

Frankly though, Nokia would be insane to try and charge for what is freely available on competing platforms, it's a bit like trying to charge for a browser. Nokia need Nokia Messaging to be free in order to keep their email client relevant - start charging for it and better/cheaper solutions will become available, or customers will buy competing products that have lower overheads. Either way, Nokia would lose, and I don't think they're that stupid - they've already decided to give away navigation, charging for email would be a backward step!

I have T-Mo USA and I'm not seeing it here either. I can't get "regular" Yahoo as an email client so I really need NM. I can't understand why there's SBC Yahoo and Yahoo Plus, without support to regular Yahoo.

I have T-Mobile USA as well and couldn't see Nokia Messaging settings. The solution is to put in a non T-Mobile USA sim card (I used an inactive AT&T sim), setup Nokia Messaging, then use your T-Mobile sim.
