Remove the duplicates and for that matter any that you're not using. I found "deb http://eko.one.pl/maemo bora user" no longer exists for example. You have so many repositories listed that updating them when you run Application Manager will take a very long time. I think cleaning up your list may solve your problem.
In Application Manager select Tools and then Application catalog... Then select any repository and tap the Edit button to Disable that catalog. You'll be able to delete those you determine you don't need.
