does anyone know if there is any filesharing app out there besides nicotine , i find that it is a bit..... disorganized , would love to see a limewire client on here. with the ability to specify file types and to chose what columns of info are displayed. is this a posibility???

Funny you mention that: LimeWire is actually written in Java, so if the N800 had a JVM it probably could run LimeWire without too much problem. OTOH, Java was around when we were all using 300MHz machines on the desktop, and the results weren't pretty.

There was maemotella (gnutella client) in http://groups.google.it/group/maemo-italy/browse_thread/thread/98c19f078feeeae1 but the download link seems broken.
