I wasn't sure where to put this question.

Is it possible to boot PC connected to N900 via USB and run Easy Debian for example? Same way as bootable USB version of Debian or Ubuntu.

or this is very dump noob stupid question

No, its compiled for ARM and not x86 or x86_64

Install a live Ubuntu with persistant storage on a USB pendrive is much better alternative.
The easiest way is to:

1. burn out a Ubuntu disc
2. boot from it (try without changing your computer)
3. insert you USB Pendrive
4. go to System -> Administrator -> USB creator
5. select your USB Pendrive, and make the persistency file as large as possible

6. when its done reboot your computer to start from the pendrive, remove the disc also so you dont boot from that
7. update your ubuntu with all security updates and such
8. use and enjoy

You want to use your N900 as a bootable hard drive? You want to plug it into a Windows machine and boot Linux within Windows? I can do it with my N800 with this http://www.pendrivelinux.com/ You can also boot portable apps from N800 within Windows http://portableapps.com/
