These settings work for me on T-Mobile USA. I am on fMMS 1.0.3

Access point name: wap.voicestream.com
Proxy: 216.155.165.50
Proxy Port: 8080
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
The rest is blank.

Your phonenumber: 10 digit format

Resize width: Anything but Original. I'm not sure why but if Maemo resizes the picture, and fMMS sends the resized Original, the receiving person gets this message: “The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction.”

Connection mode: Havoc

Works for me in fMMS 1.0.3 using the following settings:

Access point name: wap.voicestream.com
Username: (leave blank)
Password: (leave blank)
Proxy: 216.155.165.50
Proxy Port: 8080
MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms

Your phonenumber: 10-digit format eg. 9876543210

Resize image width: Medium
Connection mode: Havoc

This works perfectly for me, both sending and receiving.
