sorry to interrupt this thread by some silly question...but i tried changing the boot screen video with xterm but unable to do it..i'm giving the exact command as advised...
sudo gainroot
root shell enabled..
mv / home/user/MyDocs/.documents/matrix.avi/hildon-welcome/usr/share/media/
busybox.....
mv..[option]...source..destination
mv...[option]...source...directory...
this result is shown...
what i'm doing wrong....
even i tried to install bootscreen manager ..application installed successfully but it doesn't show anywhere what's the wrong....
kindly advise...

Ply, click on menu, settings and you will see bootscreen manager there.
