in PR 1.2 maps will be updated with some minor tweaks and Ovi Suite 2.2 will be out with N900 support so its only a matter of time. Moreover since Maemo/MeeGo are very much similar even if we dont get Maemo 5 Ovi maps MeeGo should include one

Really? Well tell you what when Ovi Maps gets updated with voice and free turn-by turn would you still want to do that?
Ovi Maps is free and includes the whole world not just Portland lol
Moreover since Maemo/MeeGo are very much similar even if we dont get Maemo 5 Ovi maps MeeGo should include one

I really hope that Ovi maps is ditched altogether and replaced with Google maps in Meego
Dont be ridiculous , Ovi wont be ditched for Google maps, if you want Google maps switch to Android or wait maybe one day Google will develop an Maps app for MeeGo
