Didn't you hear? Truecrypt is part of PR 1.4. Completely integrated. Its currently being considered for security admins. The full working name is PR1.4 SE (security enhanced)

lol. That would be awesome if something like truecrypt was integrated to contacts/conversations/emails etc also. Needing a master password to unlock all when first powering up the phone. would be cool.

No need to encrypt anything as long as you have saved your data on an sd card as it will always be there (put it back when you need to restore for any reason).

That doesn't help when the thief has access to all my contacts/sms/emails/files in MyDocs etc..

I'd find myself unemployed if I followed that bit of advice

I'm also waiting for cryptsetup, until then my E71 is still my work phone
