@Pangasius The easiest way to solve this is to reflash. Make sure you make a backup (contacts and media files will be not be deleted by reflashing) and follow this guide.

@Pangasius catorise is a program that displays icons in folder similar too app manager so there is no "more" but it looks like you've got another issue so still only reflashing
I had this problem once after uninstalling MyMenu. I had to reinstall It from the terminal.
Since it was not available in the menu, I was advised to press CTRL+SHIFT+X to open a terninal, then type hildon-application-manager to launch Application Manager.
Last resort is to reflash. Just run a backup first.
