if nokia would offer a hw upgrade package with
upgrade lcd to amoled
upgrade resistive to capacitive touch
replace stock stylus with a stylus for capacitive touch...
would you pay for that?? if yes... how much??

No. To me, that is a downgrade.
I prefer resistive that N900 has over capacitive. Never felt need for multi-touch and capacitive stylus doesn't feel as good. I also prefer the transflective LCD that is being used on the N900 than AMOLED. It is more readable even in bright sunlight.
I would rather:
- More RAM
- Bigger LCD
- USB Host
- HD video record/playback and HDMI out

Haven't done research into AMOLED displays, but definitely NO to capacitive touchscreen. Give me accuracy any day.
