    i've had that problem with blble reader on e90. then i found that application itself did not have a content on it (it was basically just a reader) and the bible content had to be downloaded. I have found a few versions of bible through wikipedia and once downloaded the bible reader has been displaying everything properly. i do not have any experience with bible apps for n900 though so i may be wrong.

    PS: not just trolls read the bible

    you would be lucky when even very basic stuff in this phone does not work either...

    here's a sugestion.
    visit daily the following site and read the daily readings, if you do this everyday it will take you about 3 and half years to hear all the scriptures in context without having to try to interpreter them:

    (the site is designed/formated for pda's)

    This is a little SOLUTION (doesn´t need internet)

    1. Instal Qstardict on your n900

    2. Go to: http://xdxf.revdanica.com/down/index.php

    3. Selec StarDict on the "Download Format"

    4. Submit

    5. Find the "Holy Bible, Authorized (King James) Version" file

    6. Follow this steps posted by "oskarmat" but, using the bible file as a dictionary:

    /******/
    and download the dictionaries you want.

    Extract them in a folder in your pc.

    Connect the n900 via usb and create a folder for the dictionaries (e.g. documents\dict)

    copy all of the extracted dictionaries from the computer to the n900 folder that you just created.

    disconnect the n900 from the pc and open the qstardict app.

    Go to Menu\COnfigure
    plugins tab
    stardict (make sure a V is on its left)

    and click on the wrench tool. Then click on the plus and point it the folder where you previously put the dictionaries.
    go back and select the "dictionaries" tab

    make sure all the dictionaries are listed and have a V (meaning they are active)
    /******/

    GOD BLESS YOU ALL and:

    Let HIS LIFE grow within you.....thats the only way.
