There is an app for Symbian that does this... I am crossing my fingers for a port (or similar app) for Maemo/Meego/Qt.

Hows the Profile switching progress going?

Silencer works really good...but it only allows for switch to Silent.
If there was an option to select 'any' profile, including those I have created with Tweakr I would be all set.

I installed Silencer, then uninstalled it, via App Manager. No there seems to be still some event somewhere.
Can somebody tell me, where is the config file of Silencer, and what is the name of its demon? Thx.

try TIMED SILENCER
you can put the days and times when you want your phone to go on silent and switch back to general
works like a charm
