hi nvr updated my n900 b4.. jus asking, will everything in the phone be deleted? like programs songs pics etc? sorry for the noob qn
make sure you've done a backup before update. programs have to be re-downloaded (and if you have done a backup its not a problem cos it saves a list of installed sw), songs pics etc are safe
Im sick of people whining that they dont have features that have never been advertised or even mentioned that they will be in any update by nokia.
Don't come on here complaining when its not even a legitement complaint.
Buy a phone with the features you want, don't just expect them to come when its been stated repeatedly that they won't.
Could someone please tell me if Ovi Store is open yet?
That was promised too... It's been over 6 months since the launch of the phone and if they still don't have Ovi store figured out then there's something that I'm missing on why I'd stay with this phone =)
I had the leaked version, now i got from http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/nokia_N900.php the latest global one and flashed the device. Everything works ok, as in lpr1.2. i see CTRL+SHIFT+R STILL WORKS
