Just got a "downloading Maemo 5 Failed" message after almost finishing download..... nowt else... wonder what thats supposed to mean....

then i try downloading again, and it starts at saying only 6.58MB. ?

oops spoke to soon...
just got an unrecoverable fatal error, aborting

failed to write status record about wget to /var/lib/dpkg/status: no space left on device.

sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

battery is about half way... hopefully it last until i get home later on and plug it in... not gone try to reboot meanwhile

originally had 43mb on the rootfs

they added a stupid amount of resistance to menu scrolling.

What firmware version are you on it maybe your on the global or if your could you somehow have the voda one,
I know a lot of people got their N900's from voda because they were the first to have them. Afaik o2 dont have their own fw so you need to find out which one you have.
If you dont see it tomorrow then chances are that you have the voda fw, if thats the case your best off flashing to the global pr1.2 using the flasher 3.5 tool.

I'm on .205 (Voda UK) and have got nothing OTA @ the moment. Thinking of re-flashing to avoid any delays in the future.

I have the global PR1.1 (it installed when I was overseas).
Does that mean I won't see the OTA PR1.2 in the UK?
