I wouldnt say they are useless (though a bit excessive). A lot of new users are having issues with PR1.2 and instead of continuity to seek support in existing threads people are starting brand news ones to get faster responses. Understantable but not the way it should be.

I guess Nokia released PR1.2 and expected TMO to be the place for people to seek solutions. I think it's about time we get real nokia subject matter experts to participate in this forum.
