I had NSU fail on me yesterday so i've completely scrapped its use,

Back up your device content,

Your best bet is to reflash/upgrade your rom over the flasher and do the emmc reformat too,

If you do, remember that you dont use the R command at the end of the firmware install, but read up about it, the maemo update guide is very easy! .
