    Hi,

I looked at http://wiki.maemo.org/Kernel_Power, but I didn't see any mention of compcache/ramzswap. Would it be possible to get the 0.6.2 version (preferrably with the 2.6.29 swap notify patch ) added?

I'm running v37 with PR1.2 (fresh flashed) and every time the screen blanks and then I try to wake it back up the phone reboots. If I leave it plugged in to the wall and leave the screen always on the phone does not reboot. I was using v33 on PR1.1.1 with no issues for the past week.

Known issue or my own stupidity?

v37 is now the lastest version and removed some too experimantal features.
the system-update flag did not work with HAM.

@DaSilva: it quite unlikely that fbcon would now work as there were only minor fixes in the latest PR1.2 patches, no of them affecting fbcon. But I'll give it try.
@jkq: ramzswap and the Nokia patches conflict. We would need a ramzswap hacker to adapt the swap notify patch for the Nokia kernel, if that's possible.

@moonite: did you undervolt it or did you enable Smartreflex?

I'm using the same /etc/default/kernel-power file as with v33. It is 0,250,500,600,805, with 805 set to 48 vdd. Yes, SmartReflex is enabled. It was perfectly stable with the v33 kernel. I have SmartReflex enabled with the PR1.2 Nokia kernel with no stability issues.

Also, I couldn't remove the kernel-power package using the menu icon. The "kernel" package doesn't exist in the Nokia repositories. I had to reinstall the Nokia kernel via flasher.

The PR1.2 kernel ignores vdd2 as it is broken. try disabling it. there were no changes
affecting Smartreflex other then the latest PR1.2 patches.
I just downloaded the original kernel files via apt-get just fine.

Leaving VDD2 disabled allows the v37 kernel to work. VDD1 is still enabled. Hm...

The reason I wasn't seeing the Nokia kernel yesterday was due to the delay in the PR1.2 repos. I can see the kernel today.

I'm not a "ramzswap hacker" (or even a kernel hacker! ), but if you could point me at the kernel code that you're using, I can try and take a look to see how bad the conflicts are.

Settings from /etc/default/kernel-power are not being pulled on startup, unless of course they're not supposed to be.

Any plans on including an event.d script to doing this automatically?
