You folks want everything as soon as it's the day. It is worldwide, and it has been put on here that it is likely to start from 7PM. Obviously this hasn't happened yet. Hold your horses, it will be here at some point, by midnight tomorrow it will be here I'm sure. Nokia are busy folks, let them work and get it right this time so no c0cks can get through and avoid paying for apps worth every penny.
