I can't find it anymore in application manager, has it been removed?
After PR1.2 I had to install earlier version to get icon back to application manager. autodisconnect_0.3.1-2_armel.deb
This is just quick workaround, but it seems to work.
EDIT: Just updated again to 0.4 and icon disappeared. Went back to 0.3.1 and icon was back. Don't know what is wrong?

Please read the first post you will understand that in v4 the icon has been moved from app menu to settings > connectivity
Hi, I am new here, and have been trying to install the app for the past 4 days (basically, I had my N900 for 4 days ...) Originally it was telling me I had missing packages (libqt4-maemo5-core, libqt4-maemo5-dbus, libqt4-maemo5-gui, libqt4-maemo5-maemo5, libqt4-maemo5-xml).
As PR1.2 was due, I waited bit, and upgraded to 1.2 overnight.
Unfortunately, I still have the same error message, and being new with maemo (I have used a bit RH4 and Ubuntu i the past, but am not a developer), I don't know what to do next ... It seems the QT4.6 libraries are not included in the upgrade I have applied (RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin), and I cannot find it anywhere.
If someone could give me a hand, it would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nic
Since I have the latest version of AutoDisconnect have on my N900 to my RSS is not automatically updated. I can see how the RSS is trying to set interval to open an internet connection, but it does not work. If I go to manually update it works.
Can it be so AutoDisconnect has a bug and I hope it is possible to resolve it.

1. You are using the beta option "Use 2G when connected" :

2. In all cases :

Even with this change is the problem.
Integrating into the RSS widget to an RSS feed and is in the settings that it is updated every two hours, then it does have two hours of an Internet connection is established. But since the upgrade to v.0.4-1 is no longer that function. Now it automatically tries to connect to the Internet but it is never made. But if you build a manual Internet connection in the RSS widget, then it works.
So there must exist a blocking automatic updates, which is probably caused by AutoDisconnect. For before I have the latest version (v0.4-1) had more of everything.
Perhaps it is possible to integrate an Auto Connect.
Why do I need it?
What battery life I do not want my N900 constantly online, I leave the Internet connection. However, I would like my e-mail program and OMWeather be updated. Only these two programs use only one connection to the Internet, but to not even open.
So it would be a perfect opportunity to get what you can adjust all the N900 1H, 2H, 4 or 6 hours automatically be an Internet connection. And maybe you can set connection type with which it is to log in (3G or Wifi or Wifi & 3G).
