I'm using the Tweakr application and when I use the "Edit desktop bookmarks" option to modify bookmarks, I have listing for bookmarks that aren't there. They are bookmarks that existed at one point, but no longer.

I've renamed them to something easy to find, i.e. "bogus," and ran a find for them. No dice. I conclude they are stored in a file somewhere, possibly an XML. Any suggestions on where to go looking for them?
