I had encounter with the battery problem after update. Before it was last for long but after updating to PR 1.2 battery drain out quickly.
When I start listen to the songs from media player,in 1 hrs my battery drain up to half. Is any other has a similar problem?


though PR 1.2 said that it will give life to battery but for me it isn't???

even me cant recall where to get those threads because of the overflooding of pr1.2 threads.

Re-flashing the firmware and emmc image sorted my dire battery issues after my pr1.2 OTA update. It is now better than ever.

Hey,
Do you happen to have the Sygic navigation app installed on your phone? because i had the same problem with my battery after the update, and i found out that when you run the app, it makes the gps start looking for a lock and after closing the app, the gps stays enabled (with no icon on the top bar, so you won't know it). Go to "settings", then "location" and make sure that the gps is not enabled.

I haven't noticed battery problems from the Sygic app.I don't use it often, though.
