I am working with an organization in Sweden on an update for their old and barely usable Intranet.
I am recommending using open solutions and this site serves as a role model. I have recommended a solution combining phpBB, a wiki and a blog.
I have a few questions, though.
1. How hard would it be to a have a single login for all modules? I have lost count of all my various accounts on this site.
2. Is there any documentation available for how this site was done?
3. How hard would it be to lock down the site and only allow logged in users to see the content?

Follow up question:
How hard would it be to use BB-code both in the forum and on the Wiki?
