I've played around for a long time, I've searched the forums but:

How in the heck do you add a second user or even delete a user in Skype?

There's a dialog that asks to login or add new user when it starts up, but it's greyed out.

I have mine set to log me in automatically when Skype starts so I only see that initial login screen for a second or two. However, if you click on the menu icon at the top of the Skype screen (or if the screen is maximized, hit the menu button above "Home" in the lower left hard button group), the "Sign out" menu selection will present a Skype welcome screen with the login dialog. If the second user has an established account, enter the Skype name and Password and then click "Sign in", or if applicable, click on New User. "Sign in" is the only item "greyed out" on my unit and it becomes active when a name and password are entered. I don't know how to delete a user.

Deleting a user in Skype:
I spoke to Skype because I had the same problem. They said just to ignore the account and don't use it for 8 weeks (it could have been ten, I forget) and the account is automatically closed by them. I just login on the username I wanted and the other just went away.
