Thx for quick replies!

The phone only saves app names and contacts.
That is backed up, but I dont wanna download everything all over again and set evrything up. Also I will lose my pictures and music.
(I have no SD card)
So that's why I want to do it on my computer.

If you back up you app list and then restore it, it should open up app manager and ask you which of those apps uyou want to install, so you don't have to find all the apps again.
For Music and pictures.
Connect your phone via mass storage mode, then copy the music/photos' off the phone then back on when you want to have them on your phone.
Nice and easy

Thing is, that previous time I restored my apps that way, I had to stay there because 3/5 apps didnt work and stopped the process.

Yeah I can transfer it via normal mode, thx for that one

Was just hoping I didnt have to.

Btw: any new info about the update? Because I still cant update, nor trough app. mngr or NSU

No you're not. Same just happened to me. The only nonstandard thing I've done was to move /usr/lib/locale to /opt to free up space on rootfs. I'll have to reflash tonight, sigh.
