UKMP 1.6 is out with a host of new features:
1. Exit button
2. Maemoscrobbler integration (scrobbles to last fm)
3. Automatic thumbnail images from video files
4. Currently playing -screen
5. Progress bar
6. Touch to seek functionality in the progress bar
7. Full M4A support, including cover image from the m4a files
8. Larger video thumbnails

Just some things... It now crashes all applets when atempting to start with IDEA.
It never plays the right song, one song is selected but it plays some other.
I have UKMP Dark/Light but it always says 'Starting UKMP Light' and then it starts Dark... lol
And it never adds one of my mp3s. All other players have it in the library.

Sorry to hear that it's causing problems for you. I've had no such problems with opening songs as you describe. Does that happen always? If the light theme was included in that package, that's my bad. I've now reuploaded the ukmp and it shouldn't contain the light theme launcher anymore.
I have no idea what crashes IDEA. Perhaps we should talk to IDEA maintainer about that.
Well some songs play as they should. But some play some other song. I actually found the missing song under one of the other, but I still have the same number of songs. Maybe it didn't add that song properly and that has caused all other to shift also. But I don't think that's a reproducable bug, or atleast I don't know how I can show it to you.
Yeah it's probably an IDEA problem, I don't know. Does it work for you?

p.s. How about making the EXIT button a BACK button in the other screens except the main one?

And good to hear that you like it even though it seems to have some annoyances for you. What you are describing sounds like there is some big problem with error handling in case id3 tags aren't properly interpreted. Seems like that in that case some parts of the database are updated and the id numberings are messed. I'll have a look at that. Thanks for clearing what is causing the bug. I think it's reproducable if you could verify that that single mp3 is causing the problem. You could then send me the mp and I could debug it to extinction.
