Had a quick search, can't seem to find anything on it.

    Quick life story:

Internet has been playing up, was going to take phone into vodafone, see what's cracking, so removed powerkernel 27 using a x term line of commands that were in the guide on how to install it, this bricked my device, would power on till the dots appear then turn off. LUCKILY I had the stock image of Lethos on my PC from ages ago, used that and pow, we have a working N900, I haven't restored the power kernel yet as I am thinking of reflashing my device ( skeptical now after reading problems like eMMC corruption etc.) But for the time being I would like my system info back.

    apt-get install --reinstall mp-fremantle-generic-pr

Doesn't work, any ideas? It says it reffers to another package and is not installable.

Thanks in advance and sorry if this has been answered other than on page 78 of overlocking thread. I can't find any posts etc.

Backup all your data then re-flash with the PR1.2 and then the eMMC images
    http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_firmware

    flasher-3.5 -F PR1.2.bin -f
    flasher-3.5 -F eMMC.bin -f -R
