It was awesome! The reason I bought the N900 XD

Although the UI is really not that smooth...

I sure do. It was nice way to get even more hyped in the first hours of N900 announcement.

''you should have done your research before buying this phone'' - Typical Maemo fanboy response

Who knew this phone would be for dull nerds who turn everything cool into failures because of that bubble they`re rightly wrapped in. I despise their negative anti-social interactions with community members who can`t fix their phone problems by typing ''obvious'' commands in the terminal.

lol... even becoming a "linux newbie" requires a certain amount of skills and self sufficiency. there are plenty of tutorials on the net to learn debian and linux - not to mention the oversufficient amount of information here.

linux = selfsufficiency - knowing how to read tutorials to start with
win(lose)dows = spoonfeeding on silverplate, and nothing will work anyway

this forum provides more than enough spoonfeeding

PS. ive also tasted some of those spoons, and they are real yummie

Yeah, I missed the part in the video where the guy tries to access a site that requires Flash 10.1.

It was neat but I couldn't look beyond the small un-tablet like screen to enjoy it on and its fat a-ss phone dimensions and weight (the Tytn 2 was experience enough).
