The (hopefully) definitive answer, as it's been given many times:

Disregard what Nokia says; Nokia's a company, and as such is obligated to post *****ic things and never update them.
Technically, however, there's no natural distinction in SDHC support for any size from 2GB to 2048 GB, and, barring deliberate breakage in the kernel, new sizes will just work properly. There is not presently such breakage (nor conceivable reason Nokia would ever want it), but even if there was, and it somehow made it into an update, there would be a patched and recompiled version all over the intertubes in days, if not hours. (Open source rocks!)

So don't worry about it, and if anyone from the future with a 64GB, 128GB, or whatever stumbles onto this via search, please don't start another thread. Trust me, it'll work fine!

Did you try to format them ?
In the file mananger, choose the card then open menu, Tools > Format memory card.

be sure to check that the memory cards have a partition table; the lack of one is a common problem if they were wiped in a windows machine.

my nokia phone, for example, will wipe a card and destroy the partition table, so that can be a real nuisance.

I recently bought a 32GB SDHC card but my N800 don't recognize it, i saw in some post the N800 support 64GB even. I put it in a PC and this work fine. I format it 2 times and nothing.
Mi card is a 32 GB SDHC Class 6 Transcend, i notice the card is hard to enter in the slot.

Make sure it is formated as fat32 or ext2 (not sure if 3 would be worth the extra wear of the journal), as i dont think the N800 understands ntfs (possibly what it was formated as by default). That is, if by pc you meant a computer running windows.

Yes, it is formated as fat32. I think the problem is the card isn't original because only transfer at 2MB/S, but if the PC (Windows Vista) recognize it i think no problem.
Is original this transcend card?

Sadly incorrect.

The maximum size allowed for by the SDHC standard is 32Gb. This is inherent to the standard (16 bits in the ID string are used to indicate how many 512 byte blocks are available on the card, thus the 32Gb limit). Capacities greater than 32GB will use a different standard called SDXC

The SD Association have warned that SDXC cards are not useable in SDHC card slots (unlike the move from SD to SDHC, which just required a firmware upgrade)
