I hope I'm doing this right, if not please move this to the proper forum.

Anyone else feel that the email widget is a bit of a wasted space? I opened an enhancement with the proposal to make the widget show the last 5 or so emails constantly and highlight the ones that weren't read yet.
The way it is now, the widget is just an empty gray square for me most of the time. Having a brief preview of your inbox on the desktop could be handy.

So, I guess people need to vote for it now or something... Anyway, it's listed over here.
