    N900 will not allow USB OTG!

    it seems there is differences between different sticks
    i test it 8GB a-data stick and it is sensed always but 2GB Kingmax SuperStick trigger to the peripheral mode and because 5v is on on vbus ( external ) this trigger pcsuite / mass storage selection menu !!!

    i don't know yet why this happen
    keyboard trigger a mesage something like " bogus device "
    SanDisk SD card reader don't work with or without sd inserted

    Sandisk microSD readers are flaky anyhow, desktop Ubuntu don't see either of my 2

    Let's hope it's just me, my device or stick and that someone else can reproduce it.
    Try the command 'lsusb' and see if it is listed. I found that my usb stick was detected but no /dev entry was created.

    If vbus and Id pin are applied at the same time, I believe vbus is prioritized. If you plug in id then power, I believe there is not another interrupt.

    I have a possible explanation why it fails: my USB stick requests 200mA
    which is the limit of the N900. I'll try again with another less power-hungry device.

    EDIT: again, no success with a 100mA SD card reader :-(
