I would like to change it so that web sites don't default to the mobile version (e.g., Facebook, google maps, etc.) If there is a setting that can do this (which I'm not seeing), please let me know. Thanks in advance!

I've been using the Opera on my n900 as default browser since it came out. Compared to microb it seems to be a little slower to load pages. Earlier with pr1.1 microb was much faster to start but now with pr1.2 it seems they are both equally slow. The only this that really bugs me is the zooming. If I had more control over pages are zoomed opera would be absolutely fantastic. At the moment it seems your're always too far or too close. Nokia should take an example how portrait mode should be done. The microb portrait support in PR1.2 is still a bit of a joke.

Love the responsiveness, not really keen on the font rendering.

Strangely enough, I can't access Google (I get a navigation error) with Opera Mobile (works in Tear, MicroB, and Fennec) on an N800 running Diablo, with IPv6 enabled on the device and connected at a site participating in Google over IPv6.

Some other sites with AAAA records (www.kame.net, www.freebsd.org) work (though seemingly over IPv4), but others fail (www.sixxs.net).

Those of you using Browser Switchboard to set the default browser to Opera will no doubt be pleased to learn that Browser Switchboard's grown support for Opera Mobile as of 3.2-2 and 3.2-2fremantle1 -- no more "opera %s" needed. See this post for details.

Im used to using a web connection speed page (www.rychlost.cz) ... unfortunately, its unable to show the outcome with opera turbo enabled - it shows page not available error every time.

Also, the bug of high cpu usage even after loading the page still stands ...

I am truely stunned by the Opera browser. It's fast, it gets the interface right, I really like it. After using it for some time now there is only one things missing. The zooming that microB has. Opera only zooms in once. If they would fix the zooming, i'd be on Opera most of the time for sure.

Great work team Opera. Amazing browser!

I have to agree with misterm that this is a fantastic browser (and is still an alpha!). I have had enough with the strange 5 second freezes in Tear and am off to get the updated browser switchboard. I especially like the "open this link in a new tab". Congratulations to the Opera team!

i guess what they could do was to have the zoom keys switch between the zoom levels in the settings dialog.

still, i would like to see a "no zoom" option, as even on 100%, it still zooms a bit when a page is clearly able to function within the available screensize if one allowed it to reflow rather then "zoom".

^^^ Exactly this, nothing more. Brings a whole new value to N800/N810.

    Thank you Opera!
