Is the Extras-devel repository for freemantle1.2 going to be available?

    App Manager>App Catalogs>edit extra devel
    Cat name: Extras devel
    Web address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel/
    Distribution: fremantle
    Components: free non-free

    They are case sensitive.

It is there, but it seems to have blanked the "distribution" box when you update to PR1.2 trying to send it to "fremantle-1.2" instead of "fremantle"

It works. Extras repository requires distribution name freemantle-1.2. Do you know why this is not the case with extras devel?

There's now two separate Extras repositories, one for PR1.2 and one for earlier releases. As these are tested applications, and supposedly safe for any user to install, this is needed to ensure that both old and new firmware versions will have access to a compatible set of applications/libraries.

With extras-devel (and extras-testing), it's expected that users are able to deal with conflicts, incompatibilities, etc. themselves, so there's no need for the two separate repositories.
