after PR 1.2 update, I have installed web2sms application, when trying to uninstall the app, I was not able to uninstall the application (uninstall fails) as well as install of any new apps fails as well. Have some one faced such issues

What is the error message? Screenshot would help

The Error message is "Unable to uninstall 'Web2SMS' and the App manager crashes with the message "internal error: Application Manager closed"

The Web2SMS application shows up in the update tab and when trying to update the application again, the summary status is "Broken but updateable". When trying to update the message is "unable to update 'Web2SMS'
