It supports it using Skype over Wi-Fi. Which is good. I wouldn't even consider it calling over 3G. My credit would run out in 20 seconds..

Skype to Skype should be free. Skype to mobile is not as far as I know. But whether you use it or not is not the issue. It is still there.

I could video call using my old N73, but I never used it. Too expensive.

And unless time and space got distorted, N73 came before the Evo 4G, so the Evo 4G possibly can't be the first mobile phone to video call. I think..

You also have google talk/SIP video calls, too.

I was thinking about this one day. Can we get actual SIP video calls to work? I'm an asterisk Admin, and I think it would be awesome to get a video call to work through it.

What I don't understand is how Verizon charges your plan minutes for "Skype calls to the PSTN"? Even if you have the $3/mo. Skype Out plan.

yet another article to prove my father's point that journalists are people who couldn't get any other jobs because they have no qualification whatsoever. (he also says that those who still cannot get a job as a journalist become soldiers.)
